We train more pet dogs needing obedience or behavioral training than any one else. Training between 300-700 companion pets per year gives us an unfair advantage over every other middle Tennessee dog trainer. By volume, we'll naturally have more experience with different methodologies and techniques that will work for your family. With after training resources like a tutorial video and access to our online training website, we set the standard. We started the trend in 2005.
NASHVILLE K-9 BOARD & TRAIN PROGRAMS
Our Board and Train programs are the most popular training programs offered by Nashville K-9. You simply drop off your dog with our experienced, professional staff, and we do all the rest!
TWO WEEK BOARD AND TRAIN
(For dogs aged 4 months to 10 months)
HERE'S WHAT'S INCLUDED:
- Sit
- Down
- Long sit (Sit stays for over 30 feet)
- Long Down (Down stays for over 30 feet)
- Heel on Leash
- Come when called
- Crate training (go to your crate)
- Basic house manners
- Exercise eight to ten times daily
- Pictures emailed to you every four days illustrating training progression and exercise time
- 1-2 hour handler course teaching you the basic and advanced training techniques we used while training your pal
- A tutorial reference video is included for each client
- Access to CoachFido.com for six months
- A written routine to follow to help ease the transition back into your home
THREE WEEK BOARD AND TRAIN
(For dogs aged 4 months and up)
(Previously the 4 week program)
HERE'S WHAT'S INCLUDED:
- Sit
- Down
- Long sit (Sit stays for over 80 feet)
- Long Down (Down stays for over 80 feet)
- Agility (Boardwalk, Hurdle, A-Frame, Tire Jump, Pause Tables)
- Introduction to Off-leash heel
- On-leash heel
- Come when called
- Climb
- Jump
- Place
- Crate training (go to your crate)
- Basic house manners (sit at door, go to kennel, no jumping, no countersurfing, etc.)
- Exercise eight to ten times daily on our dog training field
- Pictures emailed to you every four days illustrating training progression and exercise time
- 1-2 hour handler course teaching you the basic and advanced training techniques we used while training your pal
- A tutorial reference video is included for each client
- A video of your dog doing what we've taught
- Access to CoachFido.com for six months
- A written routine to follow to help ease the transition back into your home
Our Board and Train programs includes daily training three times/day, behavioral training twice/day, and exercise eight to ten times/day. We train all seven days a week rotating your dog between all of our trainers, both male and female. This helps transition your dog back into your home effectively.
