Two new K-9s have graduated and are now part of the Manchester Police Department.

Nashville K-9 imported canines Nalty and Storm from Europe earlier this year.

Now both dogs and their handlers have graduated from narcotics and police patrol. MPD said K-9 Officer Derek Bowles graduated with honors with K-9 Storm and K-9 Officer Daryn Gadeken graduated with honors with K-9 Nalty.

Both dogs have been certified in narcotics detection, high level obedience, agility, tracking/trailing, apprehensions and call-offs, building searches and more.
